Returns/Exchange
1. We are confident of our products and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case
which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us at us within 3 days
of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for
return/exchange.
2. Items which are included as an unsatisfactory item would be: wrong items
sent, items with manufacturing defect (please send in photos for verification).
3. Natural products are varying in color, texture , odor or sense, therefore
return policy is not applicable on these variations and not consider as defect
items.
4. The items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure purity of
the products, items must be return unused or not opened.
5. With agreed items return, it will be compensated with the sequence as below,
replace with the same products, if same products are out of stock, it will be
either exchanged with products equivalent to returned product price or request
for payment refund.
6. Return/Replacement/Exchange/Refund must be acknowledged and agreed by both
parties (MyNaturity and customer) via email mynaturity@gmail.com .
Refund
1. Upon returned items received we will email to notify you and refund process will take place about 7 working days.
2. There will be a refund form send to you by requesting your bank information for payment refund.
